Stands are constructed with white chipboard walls, fascia & trading name and Fluorescents.
Fascia Board: No other fittings or branding to be placed on fascia board.
Walling can be painted and drilled into.
Please note if an exhibitor has requested the Premium Package Option (Chipboard) on their contract for Main Arena, the chipboard walling cannot be taken down during build-up. The deadline date to remove any walling on stands is strictly 3 May 2019.
Clients who have opted for this package can expect the following:
- Walling (16mm chipboard package)
- 1 x Fascia board with one exhibitor name
- 1 x Fluorescent
- 1 x 15 amp Plug Point
- Charcoal Carpets
- Stand cleaning & Portage
Note: No refund on optional extra’s not utilized.

Complete Form No. 8 to upgrade from Floor Space to package, at an additional charge of R400.00 per m² (excl.)
Panel Options:
- Standard (16mm) chipboard panels may be painted or drilled. Do not paint the support poles, any exhibitor painting these poles will be charged a fine for damage.
Fascia boards & Trading names
Exhibitors who have requested the Premium Package Option will be eligible for a Fascia Board Name. Complete Form No.7 indicating the Company Name you wish to appear on the fascia board above your stand. Deadline 3 May 2019. If no form is received, the fascia name on the contract will be used on the fascia board on stand.
The above does not apply to Floor space only stands, these stand holders must provide their own corporate identification.

Specs
- Height of walls and stand: The package chipboard walling height restriction is 2.5 meters and the overall stand height is 3 meters including the fascia.
- Fascia: The fascia is a total of 700 high. The clearance height under the fascia is 2.3 meters high
- Company name and stand number: The company name and stand number is uniform and may not be altered. Names will be printed in upper case 90mm height PVC vinyl computer lettering. Words such as company, limited, etc. will be abbreviated. No punctuation will be used.
- Package (white chipboard walling): Can be ordered by completing Form No.8
Height Restrictions
Please note height restrictions for the following stand locations:
- D’Vine Life: 2.5 meters
- Truly Artisan: 2.5 meters
- D’Vine Style: 2.5 meters
Stands on the main arena have no height restriction.
