Criteria for exhibiting

Minimum standards and criteria for exhibiting

The design and layout of each stand directly impacts on the overall standard of the expo and must reflect the highest level of planning and effort by all exhibitors, in upholding the high standard built up over the years.

Should an exhibitor not have a suitable exhibit or custom designed stand the Package Scheme (white chipboard walling) becomes mandatory as part of the contract. Stands that have battered or old items of furniture or shelving, trestle tables not dressed or items placed at random with no planned design, pull-up and outdoor tear drop/telescopic banners, are not acceptable.

The Organisers reserve the right to close any stand of an exhibitor deemed as not upholding the standards of the expo in terms of design and finish.
