Exhibitors are urged not to leave stands unattended during the breakdown period, as this is when goods are most vulnerable to theft. The Organisers will not be held responsible for theft or damages. Ensure that adequate security and insurance measures are in place.

After Sunday evening breakdown the venue will be locked at 22H00 and re-opened at 08H00 on Monday, 27 May 2019. Remove valuable items first - do not leave overnight - do not leave plasma screens on stands.

All stands must be cleared by 16H00 on Monday, 27 May 2019,, including all building rubble and material used in construction of stands. A penalty is levied should any rubble/material be left behind by an exhibitor.

Additional stand security can be ordered, such as an overnight security guard, by completing Form No. 4.

Any remaining items will be disposed of by the Organisers and exhibitors charged accordingly. The Organisers will not be held responsible for the safekeeping of any item left behind after the show.
