Exhibitor Badges & Parking Permits

All principle exhibitors are to register at the Organisers Office on the lower level of the Arena, in the D’Vine Life area, behind the stairs in Topaz room 1 from Tuesday, 21 May to Thursday, 23 May to collect their exhibitor badges.

No badges or permits will be issued unless Form 1: Occupational Health & Safety and full payment has been received.

Exhibitors and contractors will not be allowed access to the parking and venue on Friday (opening day) without their badges.

  • 5 Exhibitor Badges are issued per principle exhibitor.
  • A maximum of 5 additional badges per principal exhibitor may be ordered at R80.00 per badge. Click here to ORDER online Form No. 3.
  • No additional badges and parking permits will be available to exhibitors during build-up; pre booking is mandatory to ensure all exhibitors are catered for.
  • Deadline is 3 May 2019

For security reasons Exhibitor Badges must be worn at all times during show days (Friday to Sunday).

The Organisers reserve the right to confiscate any badges being misused. Badges may not be handed to non-exhibitors i.e. family members to gain access.

Complimentary Tickets

Each exhibitor will receive 20 complimentary tickets valued at R80 each. An email and link will be sent to you where you can print your tickets or email to your guests their tickets. This ticket must printed and handed to our ticket office by your guests to gain access to the show.
